A: Yes. The Wyoming Club membership is an equity membership that can be sold, willed or transferred.
Q: Who in my family may use The Wyoming Club membership?
A: The membership is good for husband and wife and children 18 years of age and younger. Others may use the membership as a guest of the owner.
Q: May I design and build my own house?
A: Yes, in accordance with suggested guidelines designed to preserve, protect and enhance the environment.
Q: Will there be residences available if I don’t want to build my own home?
A: Yes. You may become part of The Wyoming Club by acquiring a whole ownership Wyoming Club Residence or a shared interest in a Wyoming Club Private Residence.
